All information is handled with confidentially and is kept securely within Resilience Counselling and Training in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR 2018). This means that sensitive data is never passed onto any third party unless there is written consent by you and an appropriate reason for contacting a third party, e.g. situations whereby more than one health carer is assigned to a client for their best interests, such as a GP, carer or interpreter.
